What do you eat for Tanabata?

Today is July 7th and it is “Tanabata” in Japan.

What is Tanabata?

You can read detailed expalanation of Tanabata in Wikipedia.

It’s not a holiday but it’s more like a festival.

Gamification applied to making boring house work more fun

Jay used to do more cooking than me. I would wash clothes and dishes, clean house but cooking wasn’t just my thing. Jay enjoys cooking so it’s not so much stress for him. But I sometimes feel bad that he’s the one who always cook.

Since the DAY 1 when Leo came to our house, Leo and Miya have been staying in separate rooms.

We have 3 rooms in our house, one for Jay and myself, and one each for Miya and Leo.

We didn’t have much choice because Miya really didn’t like the idea of having Leo in the same house. Read about how hopeless it was in the beginning

Things have changed, in a good way.  😀
